TEMPTATION POLICIES

Processing Time:

All orders require 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and packaging before shipping.
Shipping Time:

Once processed, orders are shipped within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping delays due to the carrier or holidays are out of our control, but we will do our best to provide tracking updates as they become available.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Shipping Protection for a small additional fee. This covers lost or damaged packages and ensures a replacement or refund can be issued quickly.

Lost or Missing Packages (Without Protection)
If you did not opt in for Shipping Protection and your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, Temptation Extensions cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment. We encourage customers to check with neighbors, household members, or their local post office if a package is missing after delivery is marked complete.

If the package is still not located, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims may take several business days to resolve. Replacement orders will only be shipped if the claim is approved in our favor by the carrier.
Order Cancellations:

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order is locked in for processing and cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns:

Refunds are prohibited.
