Shipping policy

There is a flat rate of $10 for shipping of all hair and a $5 flat rate for all hair accessories. 

You will receive your tracking information via email when your package is prepared for shipment. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included within our shipping time frame.

Once your items have been shipped off, we are no longer responsible for your package. We will not replace and/or grant any refunds for lost or stolen packages! 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
